11/4

In “The Garden of Forking Paths” Borges crafts a similarly styled story to Fernandez's “The Museum of Eterna's Novel” in that he uses a somewhat meta narrative and frequent tangents that may or may not be related to the story. I think I enjoy this a bit more than Eterna's Novel though, as it is a bit easier to follow and just as entertaining. I really like the different scenarios presented and Borges talking about the nature of them at the end. It was interesting to finish up “Eterna's Novel” and then read this because the comparisons are so apt.
