Craig J. Saper's book, Networked Art, is very interesting. One interesting point came from page fourteen, which talks about a fluxus participant Robert Filliou who coined a phrase. The phrase is "eternal network." This term refers to the mail-art network which talks about how people would share thier works of art with other artists by mailing them back and forth to each other. Seeing how these works of art have traveled throughout the hands of other artist was shown as a model for electronic media networks too. Like how artist would email each other or send electronic pictures and what not. This shows how the expansion of art was handled. It was just discovered, but art was sent out to different artist to be shown throughout thier own countries that made art famous and world-wide.
