Feminism in the art world to me seems odd that you would even need. You would think that people who created such progressive art would be totally accepting of women and their contributions to that particular movement. It's sad that to get ahead some women would partake in risky business like snorting cocaine or shamelessly wearing short skirts. Not that I'm totally against that. If you want to snort coke and dress however you want do it. No one should judge. Back to the point, women seemed to have to use unorthodox ways to gain respect from the men they worked with
