When reading about feminism it just gets me very angry and upset. While reading the ‘Surrealist Woman’ it was weird to me how they were talking about woman rights and how everything is being controlled. It didn’t make sense to me at all. I hated how woman were not considered very important and it was all about the men. But in reality we wouldn’t have won the civil war without woman and their survival skills. Most woman were not artists in this time so when reading this and what we have been studying all semester was definitely a turn around for me, but at the same time I enjoyed reading this even though I hate how woman were treated back then.
