9/21 Response
All of these readings were just something new to me. Gertrude Stein’s “How to Write” was kind of confusing to me. It made sense, but the order was ‘different’ than what I would be used to. The Cubist poems were actually interesting to me. I found them fun to read. I read them a few times over and each time I felt like I was reading them a different way. Like the first time for comprehension, then the second time for meaning, then putting it all together the third time. They were not something I was familiar with reading, so it was fun to read something new.
