9/21 post
After reading the cubist poems by Jackson Maclow I was both very confused but still happy with this switch of pace in our poetry readings. Each section with repetitive words just switching around the placing of the words was like sitting here trying to recite tongue twisters. My favorite of the sections of poetry was his whenas my love with just repeating several lines he created a whole work of art that really provoked you to figure out what he was thinking when he wrote this. I could be interpreting his work completely wrong but it seems as if he is drawing on his past events as he consistently talks about memories, love and becoming a clearer being.
