Well after reading through the entire novel, I am still not sure what the author wanted from me (reader) to understand about the novel. This last section of the book had one chapter 15 where it was explaining one of the characters love for Eterna but I was not sure which character and by the end it just seemed to be a random selection that was added into the novel. I also find it very interesting this style of writing where Fernandez has placed himself in the novel as a character and is in dialogue with the characters throughout the novel. I think that I did not like when the story would be going on and the characters are having a conversation but then the author pops in and gets in dialogue with the reader, and most of the time the reader is just frustrated. I think that throughout the novel I was deciding what the novel was about and still am unsure If I know what the novel is about or if there even is an underlying plot to the novel itself.
