11/2

Now that we’ve finally arrived at what is supposedly the novel, it still has the same feel as the prologues. There is more a continuous flow to this part of the supposed novel, but it’s as if the characters are the ones that are actually writing the story. They’re the ones that are making things happen and it’s clearly pointed out in the writing. It’s as though the author is irrelevant to the story. The names that he gives each of the characters are extremely interesting as well because he doesn’t use actual names. They’re more like labels instead of names. After starting to read the novel, the way he used the prologues to set up the story makes sense. It was a very interesting technique to get the reader more involved in the story.
