As I was reading the second part of Suicide Circus, I noticed Kruchenykh changing the layout of some of the poems. He made some words bigger, moved the alignment of some words and even underlinedwords. I found it interesting how he even goes as far as hyphenating words in places they aren’t usually hyphenated. It makes me wonder what point he is trying to make, which encourages me to engage myself further, leading me to draw some of my own conclusions. As we discussed, this is the type of literature that is more open-ended, there isn’t always just one idea to be found. I find myself becoming more open to this style and feel that as we work more with them I may find it easier to grasp the concepts. Kruchenykh's poems are different from what you generally expect when you read poetry. His ideas are a little far-fetched at times. I am beginnning to wonder what type of person Kruchenykh was apart from his writing career.
